Australian Deliveries - Right NOW we offer FREE SHIPPING for standard deliveries. We use Australia post. Delivery should occur within 2 - 3 business days. (delivery can take up to 5 business days for customers in WA.)
Australian Express Deliveries – AUD $10.00 for the first item (+ AUD $1.00 for each additional item - up to 12 items). We use Australia Post. They guarantee next business day delivery for orders placed before noon (Northern Territory excluded). We ship to both residential and business addresses.
International Deliveries - Right NOW we offer FREE SHIPPING for standard deliveries across the globe. Usually AUD $17.90 - AUD $27.00 for the first item (depending on location). Customers can expect to get their product/s in 7 – 10 business days via Registered Mail.
International Express Deliveries - Customers can expect to get their product/s in 2 - 4 business days. An accurate quote will be provided in your shopping cart prior to purchase. We currently use Australia Post Express Courier International ( ECI ) Merchandise for this service. You will be provided with a Tracking Number to follow your items progress.
If you receive an incorrect product we will gladly arrange for a replacement product to be delivered to you. We will cover the shipping costs for the return and the redelivery. All you need to do is:

We will not accept returns for products that have been used.
Australian residents can expect to receive a replacement product within 3 days of us receiving the incorrect product.
International customers can expect to receive a replacement product within 7 - 10 business days of us receiving and processing the incorrect product. Your item will be redelivered using the International Standard Delivery method.
